Wang Min, male, Han nationality, is a native of Huainan, Anhui province. He was born in 1950, worked and trained at a chemical machine factory, and obtained a doctorate and professor's professional title. Wang served as vice-governor of the Jiangsu People's Government in the late 1990's until 2003, and in the following year he was elected deputy secretary of the Jilin Provincial CPC Committee.
